Dentist in New Gurgaon

Let’s deal with the obvious point first. If you live in New Gurgaon — the newer sector belt running along NH-48 and out toward the Pataudi Road side — N Square Dental Care Clinic is not your nearest dental practice. The clinic is in Sector 65, on the Golf Course Extension Road corridor on the eastern side of the city, and getting there from New Gurgaon is a genuine cross-city drive. There is no honest way to describe it as close by, and this article is not going to try.

What it will do is set out where the two sides of the city sit relative to each other, how the road network actually connects them, and when a planned trip across town for dental treatment is a reasonable thing to do rather than an inconvenience for its own sake.

About N Square Dental Care Clinic

N Square Dental Care Clinic is a general and family dental practice at Shop No. 42, First Floor, Plaza, EMAAR Emerald Estate, Sector 65, Gurugram. Dr Megha Kaul, BDS, is the Owner, Founder & Dentist-in-Charge. She qualified from BVP Dental College and Hospital, Pune (2003–2008), has practiced dentistry since 2008, and is a member of the Indian Dental Association.

The practice covers general and family dentistry end to end: fillings, crowns, bridges and post-and-core rebuilds; root canal treatment, for which Dr Kaul holds a certification in Rotary Endodontics; extractions; cosmetic work, with certifications in Dental Laminates and Aligners; scaling and polishing; and trauma and emergency care. She is additionally a Certified NABH Accreditation Standards Professional.

Where New Gurgaon sits, and where the clinic sits

“New Gurgaon” is the name that has stuck to the newer sectors developed on the western and south-western side of the city — broadly the belt strung along NH-48 beyond Kherki Daula and running out along the Pataudi Road side, plus the sectors that grew up around the Dwarka Expressway alignment. It is a large area and it is defined by NH-48 more than by any single junction.

N Square Dental Care Clinic is at the other end of that geography. Sector 65 sits on Golf Course Extension Road, also known as the Southern Peripheral Road or SPR, on the eastern side of Gurgaon. The two areas are separated by most of the width of the city.

That is the honest position, and it is worth stating plainly rather than dressing up, because an overstated proximity claim is exactly the sort of thing that wastes a patient’s afternoon.

How the road network connects the two

The useful thing to know is that a single road links them without needing to go through the middle of the city.

SPR runs the length of Gurgaon’s eastern and southern edge, and its southern end meets NH-48 near the Kherki Daula stretch. From most of New Gurgaon, the general approach is therefore NH-48 toward Kherki Daula, then onto SPR, then north-east along SPR as it runs up through the Sector 71–75 stretch and on toward Sector 65. EMAAR Emerald Estate sits directly on that road.

The alternative, coming through Sohna Road, also works: Sohna Road connects directly onto Golf Course Extension Road, so a route via Rajiv Chowk and Sohna Road arrives at the same corridor from a different angle.

Both are general orientation only. Gurgaon’s one-ways, service roads and construction diversions change frequently, so check the live route on Google Maps or a similar app before you set out — searching “EMAAR Emerald Estate, Sector 65, Gurugram” will place you correctly.

When a planned trip across the city makes sense

Nobody drives across Gurgaon for a scale and polish they could have had round the corner. There are, though, situations where people reasonably do choose a practice further away.

Treatment that runs over several appointments. Root canal treatment followed by a crown, or a post-and-core rebuild, or aligner treatment with scheduled reviews, is a course rather than a visit. The value of one dentist seeing that course through — knowing what was found, what was done, and what is being watched — is real, and it does not transfer well between practices halfway through.

A specific certification that matches your problem. If what you need is root canal treatment, dental laminates or aligner treatment, Dr Kaul holds certifications in exactly those areas: Rotary Endodontics, Post and Core, Dental Laminates and Aligners.

Family appointments booked together. If several people in a household are due, one planned trip with consecutive appointments is a very different proposition from four separate journeys.

A trip you were making anyway. Plenty of people who live on the New Gurgaon side work, study or travel along the SPR and Golf Course Extension corridor. If Sector 65 is already on a route you take during the week, the calculation changes entirely.

If none of those apply and you simply need a routine checkup, a local practice is the sensible answer, and there is nothing this article can honestly say to the contrary.

Making a cross-city appointment worth the drive

If you do plan the trip, a few practical things stop it being wasted.

Book in advance by contacting N Square Dental Care Clinic directly, rather than assuming availability when you arrive — that is doubly true when you have driven across the city. Ask, when booking, what the appointment is expected to cover, so you know whether you are coming for assessment or for treatment.

Bring a list of your current medications and your relevant medical history — diabetes, heart conditions, allergies, pregnancy, blood thinners, recent surgery. Bring any X-rays or records from treatment started elsewhere. And write down what has actually been happening: when the problem started, what triggers it, whether it disturbs your sleep, whether it is one tooth or a general region. Teeth are notoriously bad at telling you which one is the culprit, so your description of the pattern genuinely helps.

Expect the first visit to be history, examination, imaging only where a specific question needs answering, and then a discussion of findings, options and sequence. Where a case needs a formal postgraduate specialist, you should be told so and referred — Dr Kaul practices general and family dentistry and does not hold an MDS specialisation.
